Blue Bear & Co was born from love, loss and legacy.

Founded in memory of my son, Charlie, the brand was created when I struggled to find a truly meaningful keepsake during grief, something tangible that offered comfort, connection and reassurance. Each Blue Bear & Co. bear is lovingly crafted with purpose at its heart. As a qualified, accredited BACP registered therapist with almost 20 years’ experience working with children, young people and adults, our bears are more than a soft toy; they are companions for life, designed to support emotional wellbeing, provide comfort through difficult moments and be cherished forever.

Our collection includes weighted bears, proven to help reduce stress and anxiety, each thoughtfully presented and beautifully finished. Our Brown Bear in particular includes sensory and memory features such as a scentable plush heart, heartbeat device and voice recording, making it especially meaningful for those experiencing grief, neurodivergence, dementia or emotional distress.

Purpose, Funding & Impact

With every Light Blue Bear purchased, a donation is made to Thumbs Up for Charlie, a charity supporting families of children and young people affected by childhood brain tumours and bereavement.

Blue Bear & Co. is built on compassion, inclusivity and purpose beyond product.

These are not bears to be outgrown or discarded; they are Bears for Life.
